If you’ve logged onto aapt.com.au lately, you’ll have noticed a change! The AAPT team has been busy working on a fresh new
website to help make your AAPT online experience even smoother. The main difference you’ll notice is a new "Sign In" box which is located at the top right hand corner of your screen.

Once you’re logged in to "Help Yourself", you’ll still have access to great features such as monitoring monthly usage and viewing and paying your bills online.

Calling Number Display
Ever miss a call and want to know who it was? Calling Number Display (CND) is a service that automatically displays a caller’s telephone number if the call recipient has a compatible handset. If you’re calling from your home phone, your number will be visible unless you request a permanent block or you can dial 1831 before you dial the number you are calling.

Internet content filters
As an internet service provider, we take our responsibilities very seriously. We provide content filtering information and links to
software that you can install on you computer, which ensures that users, including family members, are not exposed to inappropriate content. The Internet Industry Association (IIA), has a comprehensive list of Family Friendly Filter software and helpful information, log onto www.iia.net.au

Priority Assistance
If you’re suffering from a diagnosed, life-threatening medical condition you may be entitled to Priority Assistance. Priority Assistance is a service designed to help people who depend on a reliable home phone service. This means that Priority Assistance customers are entitled to faster connection and fault repair of their telephone service and a greater level of reliability. An eligibility criteria applies.
